Anne Nagle

Anne Nagle comes to Riverstone as a director of Cultivating Leadership. She is an executive coach and management consultant whose focus is on leadership development. This work is delivered in many settings where Anne’s overarching purpose is to help people grow to handle greater complexity. A key pillar of Anne’s work is an approach focused on overcoming the Immunity-to-Change TM, which she studied in 2009/10 under the principals responsible for this breakthrough model, Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey, in their Harvard-based certification program. The Immunity-to-Change TMprocess helps people make those changes that are most important to them but have proven resistant even to thoughtful plans and heartfelt intentions. Anne guides clients through this process in individual, team and workshop settings. She is also certified to administer the Leadership Circle Profile TM, a 360 competency assessment that simultaneously provides focused competency feedback while revealing the underlying assumptions that are causing a leader’s pattern of strengths and limitations.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Anne spent more than twenty years in corporate life as a senior executive in charge of worldwide Supply Chain functions for a number of US multinational/global organizations. This gave her rich experience in handling increasing levels of complexity and its personal impact. Her strong interest in personal development brought her to the world of Business and Executive Coaching in 2007, when she completed a Diploma with ICTI. Her personal development journey is ongoing – most recently completing CTI’s 10-month Leadership program in 2014, CRR’s ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) program in 2015 and undergoing Growth Edge Coaching Certification with Cultivating Leadership.

Her current work projects include associate work with the New Zealand based firm Cultivating Leadership, bringing high impact practices for working in complexity to senior leaders and executive teams in a range of organizations, from large scale global businesses to local not-for-profits. She currently holds the role of Practitioner in Residence in Supply Chain Management at University College Cork. She is also the Executive Coach on their Executive MBA program, where she works with participants 1:1 and also delivers professional development workshops in leadership, change and complexity.

Anne holds a BSc and an MBA from University College Cork. She also holds a Diploma in Management, Executive and Business Coaching from ICTI and a Foundation Diploma in Training and Education from NUI Galway. Based in Cork, Ireland, she works with a diverse range of clients around the world and collaborates with other like-minded professionals to bring ‘development’ into leadership development
