Brendan comes to Riverstone as the founder of i2i Coaching. He works with executives and leaders at all levels to develop themselves, their teams and their organizations. He is passionate about developing leaders in the context of their current challenges and organizational systems. While leadership development is an inside job, context is paramount, and creating sustainable impact is crucial. This is the insight2impact approach.
Brendan integrates several approaches in his work which he draws upon based on the needs of his clients. Drawing on the time-tested narrative approach, he supports his clients to create new narratives for their own development and their most heartfelt wishes. He recognizes that leaders go through distinct stages of development and he supports them in crossing these thresholds to lead at higher levels, appropriate to the specific challenges each person faces. He also brings compassion and candor and a strong leadership presence to his coaching engagements, creating the conditions for his clients to experience personal growth.
Brendan has over 25 years of experience in both consulting and executive HR roles, across several industry sectors, giving him broad business experience and depth to serve his client base. He brings a business perspective to his coaching and consulting practice through his experience in leading change projects, building strong leadership teams, helping companies through major change effectively and quickly, supporting business turnarounds and rapid growth.
