Charlyne “Chuck” Miller (M.S., ACC) has spent over 30 years partnering with thousands of leaders and teams around the world to help them substantially increase their effectiveness, solve problems, and strengthen their impact. She blends the latest research on the neuroscience of leadership, behavior, and change with practical business understanding to effectively work with her clients to help them develop mindset, awareness, and strategies that increase their effectiveness and help them to transition successfully into their ‘next-step’ leadership role. Her M.S. from University of Missouri – Columbia is in Adult Learning; she is a graduate of the Organizational Development program at Georgetown University and is a certified coach under the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds many additional certifications (e.g. MBTI, Leadership Circles, Voices 360,) and most recently studied the “Immunity to Change” from Professors Kegan and Lahey at Harvard University.
Chuck professionally grew up as a business consultant specializing in manufacturing and financial environments and then became a designer and master instructor of leadership development programs at both the national headquarters of American Red Cross – Washington D.C. and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac). Presently, she coaches clients both nationally and internationally and serves as faculty on leadership development programs in both private industry and in the IC (intelligence community). A sampling of her client-partners include Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC), National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), American Cardiology Association, Booz Allen, Deloitte Consulting, Ann Taylor, Turner Broadcasting Systems (TBS), Fannie Mae, Discovery Communications, Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), AARP and the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Chuck lives in Fairfax Station, VA. with her husband Mark and together they have 2 young adult sons. She is a musician, an avid hiker, a passionate baseball fan and serves in a variety of capacities in community, church and professional organizations.
