Susan’s passion is in helping leaders and teams reach their full potential. Her pragmatic approach and easy style allow her clients to easily engage with her and quickly see results.
Susan’s business experience includes positions in organizational development and leadership & management development at MedImmune, Fannie Mae & Ruesch International. Susan’s accomplishments include helping leadership teams work together to align and execute strategy and increase team performance. Susan helped launch the first Work/Life program at MedImmune, linked to business strategy and a focus on helping people perform their best at work.
Susan received a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University, a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and a BS in Psychology & Spanish from Dickinson College. Susan is certified in Myers Briggs, and the Lominger Voices and Career Architect tools.
